Fragrant Blessings is the culmination of rediscovery, realization and appreciation of my journey in self-healing and holistic growth. After 10 years as a business consultant, while on a much needed holiday, I discovered holistic aromatherapy. Since this encounter with Destiny I quit my work and went back to school, to learn and practice various fields of alternative medicine to aid self-healing for holistic growth. Today, facilitating holistic growth for individuals and corporations is my life's mission and a part of my life's journey.

Advocating strongly for a life of holistic attitude and conscious actions, I developed the healing process of Essential-Harmony incorporating holistic self-healing and conscious business methodologies to create conscious practices where the unison of life and work synergizes into 'Holistic LifeWork'. This healing process encourages individuals and corporations to experience Physical Health, Mental Clarity, Emotional Self-love and Spiritual Awareness as we consciously journey through our Holistic LifeWork.
