Terms & Conditions

Attendance Requirement:

You are required to attend and actively participate in all classes.

Refund Eligibility:

If, after completing all classes, you find that you have not gained any knowledge or are unable to achieve a sense of peace and relaxation in your daily life, you may request a refund.

Refund Request Deadline:

You may cancel your membership subscription and request a full refund at any time before midnight on the thirtieth (30th) calendar day after the date of your subscription. No refunds will be issued after this 30-day cancellation period.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Procedure:

You may cancel your membership at any time by sending an email to info@thegoldenspace.com.my. If you contact us to cancel after the current month’s payment has already been processed, you will be responsible for that payment, but you will not be charged for the following month..

Refund Exclusions:

No refunds will be given for payments made before notice of cancellation is provided.

Payment Structure:

Participation and payment are based on full months, and no prorated refunds will be issued for partial months completed.

Refund Currency:

Any refunds issued will be in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). You must provide your bank details for us to process the refund.

Bank Charges and Exchange Rate Differences:

The Company is not responsible for any bank charges or differences in the exchange rate between the date of the original purchase and the date of the refund, if applicable.
