Tracy is the Founder of The HeartBased Group (THBG), an NGO focused on improving the quality of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) awareness through community support, self-advocacy workshops, rights and skill-based awareness as well as mindfulness trainings and policy reform. Simultaneously, as the Team & Operations Director at the dynamic multiple award-winning law firm, GM Tan & Company renowned for their pioneering #heartbasedlawyers movement. Here, she infuses strategic initiatives with innate wisdom, ensuring harmonious workflow and client satisfaction. In her multifaceted career, she also serves as a distinguished mediator at the Malaysian International Mediation Centre (MIMC) where Tracy brings a unique blend of cultural understanding and empathetic resolution to her practice. Navigating disputes with grace and empathy, Tracy fosters harmonious resolutions, guided by her profound commitment to healing and reconciliation.

Feeling lost and unfulfilled in 2015, Tracy’s life seemed to be spiraling, with her career stagnant, business faltering, marriage strained, and finances depleted. It was during this tumultuous time that Tracy’s path intersected with Beatrice Lee of The Golden Space Malaysia (TGSM), igniting a profound journey of self-healing, inner discovery, and spiritual awakening.

Over the years attending various workshops and retreats with TGSM, Tracy experienced profound metamorphosis, witnessing significant shifts in her personal and professional life. She learned to prioritize herself and her well-being while navigating through career and motherhood with a new zest for life. This lighted Tracy’s dedication towards the journey of self-mastery and inner fulfillment which led her to reconnect with her intuitive abilities and gifts which she now uses in her career or through her oracle card readings, self-advocacy trainings, mentoring and coaching sessions.

Today, Tracy shares her intuitive gifts and transformative experiences, empowering individuals to overcome challenges and embrace life positively. Grounded in compassion and fueled by a desire to give back to the community, Tracy’s mission is to uplift and transform lives, one soul at a time.
