Get Heard Not Hurt

We all face different communication challenges. Some of us were brought up not allowed to express and to put our need last. As a result we suppress our feelings and choose silence. On the opposite end, some of us talk too much, loud and overpowering. We tuned people out from wanting to listen to what we have to say. Either way it made us feel unheard, misunderstood and hurt.
In this one hour session:

• Let go of suppressed emotions, past hurts and pains.
