Step away from the noise and return to center with a practice dedicated to your nervous system. These sessions are designed to help you move out of “survival mode” and into a state of deep, restorative peace.

✨ Yin Yoga (Mondays) – Focus: Deep Stillness & Nervous System Regulation
A meditative practice focused on deep stillness. We use long-held floor poses to target the connective tissues and quiet the mind.

  • Switch from “fight-or-flight” to deep rest.
  • Release deep-seated tension in connective tissues.
  • Calm the nervous system through mindful stillness.


✨ Gentle Flow Yoga (Thursdays) – Focus: Somatic Movement & Emotional Balance

A rhythmic, fluid practice that connects breath with motion. This class uses somatic movement to release daily stress and build inner strength.

  • Soothe the mind with rhythmic, fluid movement.
  • Release daily stress through gentle somatic flow.
  • Build resilience and inner peace through breath.
