Vinyasa yoga is a yogic practice where your breathing is coordinated with transition movements between asanas. Vinyasa creates a dynamic flow of movement with full concentration while activating flexibility, resilience and inner strength. Challenging and continuous movements stretch and strengthen muscles, loosening stiff and uncomfortable joints.
