Nabil Mattar’s passion is to help individuals realize their highest potential. He prides himself in helping others ‘peel their onion’ to reveal the ‘why’ and the ‘who’ in their life. This fuels his excitement to develop high performing teams that share the same vision, purpose and trust in his experience as a leader in the corporate world. Incorporating performance coaching to his management style, Nabil has led global sales teams to outperform targets consistently.

Nabil has 15 years of experience in the derivatives brokerage industry. He held various regional and global director positions in client management with major brokerages serving markets across the world. His passion and experience in trading in the financial markets and an in-depth knowledge of trade planning and strategies has led him to develop and conduct trading seminars internationally, specializing in trading psychology. Nabil has also been interviewed by popular media channels like Channel News Asia, Bloomberg, and Money FM for his expert views on the markets.

As someone who is always seeking to grow, Nabil wanted a deeper meaning to life – a life that is not only about achieving goals and scaling the corporate ladder, but one with a higher purpose. Hence, he is a firm believer in coaching individuals to be mentally resilient, adopting positive intelligence so that they can have a fulfilling life.

As a meditation practitioner, Nabil aspires to bring meditation and mindfulness into the world. He believes that everyone is capable and has limitless potential in manifesting the life they desire, and it starts with connecting with oneself. In 2016, he was featured in the Straits Times article entitled “Zen & the Art of Trading” where he shares his passion of applying his meditation practice to succeed in trading in the financial markets.
