Pascal believes that lasting transformation begins with the relationship we have with ourselves. When we find inner clarity, we naturally become more resilient, make better decisions and create healthier relationships with the people around us.

Growing up as an introverted child who experienced bullying, Pascal learned firsthand how difficult it can be to find your own voice and set healthy boundaries. These experiences sparked a lifelong passion for understanding human behaviour, emotional resilience and personal transformation.

For more than 20 years, Pascal worked in international leadership positions with Siemens, including serving as Acting Vice President in Indonesia, leading multicultural teams and supporting individuals through change, conflict and high-pressure environments. Today, as a Certified Life & Social Counsellor, Level 3 Certified DISC Coach, executive coach and meditation practitioner, he combines practical experience with mindfulness and meditation to help people navigate life’s personal and professional challenges.

His work focuses on developing inner strength, emotional balance and self-awareness. He supports people in dealing with stress, difficult behaviour, workplace conflicts and challenging relationships while cultivating healthy boundaries, inner peace and authentic confidence.

Pascal believes that meditation is not about escaping life—it is about experiencing life more fully. By reconnecting with ourselves, we become calmer, clearer and more compassionate, allowing us to respond to challenges with wisdom rather than reaction.

His mission is to empower people to live with greater awareness, courage and authenticity, creating positive change not only within themselves but also in their families, workplaces and communities.
