Upset when your mobile network indicate “No Connection”?
The same applies to us as human being. When we feel disconnected with people around us, not supported by others & surroundings, we tend to feel upset & lonely as well.
Fostering the capability to be alone doesn’t mean we are self-centred nor we ignore the feeling of loneliness. We can consider loneliness as a situation, a distorted thought, a biological warning signal that let us know that we are failing to meet a basic human need.
However in this session, we will explore solitude – an alone space that can bring about positive emotions and an opportunity of creative change for oneself.
Be kind to yourself, So that you will have more of yourself to share with others.
• Uncover the cause of loneliness feeling
• Discover the art of loneliness and experience interconnectedness
• Realise the gift behind your loneliness
