Flow Your Compassion


Is showing compassion to others allowing them to harm you, or themselves in any way? Do you have to sacrifice anything to be compassionate towards someone else? Or perhaps fear of giving too much has caused you to close your heart to others.

Compassion activates feelings of gratitude and oneness and is much needed for a harmonious and peaceful world. Feel safe when you open your heart to help others and also in turn help yourself.
