We will guide you through a gentle, trauma-informed flow before transitioning into the ‘Face’ component. Using a nourishing oil, you will learn a simple, powerful sequence of lymphatic drainage and acupressure points—a technique known for reducing puffiness, soothing facial tension, and promoting blood flow.

We conclude with a restorative Yin Yoga practice, where the head and body are fully supported, allowing the nervous system to melt into deep rest. Walk away feeling lighter, lifted, and ready to face the new year with clarity and calm.
