The body often holds onto tension from daily stress in the shoulders, the breath and the way we carry ourselves. Over time, this keeps us in a constant state of being “on”, even when we are trying to rest.

Inner Glow is a 3 hour guided experience designed to help you release body tension and reconnect with a deeper sense of ease through gentle movement, breathwork and restorative practices.
