How To Meditate?
You can sit or stand, sometimes keeping still, sometimes making slow or fast movements. Most techniques use different types of breathing with or without visualization.
Some include music or musical instruments yet some are done in silence. You can meditate for as short as 3 minutes to as long as 30 minutes. It can be done in a group or on your own.
