YEONG MEI BOH

Yeong Mei Boh is an In-house Practitioner of The Golden Space Malaysia. As an achievement-oriented person, she has constant urge and struggles to find freedom but often, such joy of freedom is short-lived. After attending Awaken~The Divine You Program, she freed herself from the cycle of having to prove her worth through achievements. She found peace, joy and deep self- connection through meditation. Mei Boh believes that we create our own freedom. Instead of searching externally, we should work on ourselves and connect within to reach for that hope & freedom inside.
