Are all these familiar to you?
Many men have been carrying a burden in them based on expectations of society. As a result, most men feel lonely, numb and lost. How are such beliefs serving us? What is our role in our family, in society, at work? How can we live a purposeful life? It is time to make a shift in redefining who we are as men.
The Men’s Trust Circle is a safe space for men to connect, experience our emotions, introspect our roles in life, and empower one another. Come join us in this support group, where we reframe societal expectations and stereotypes of masculinity, embrace our vulnerability, and confidently show up in the present.
